DESIGN STRATEGY

As the site is naturally divided by the canal into two different plots, the urban strategy of the project is to provide a strong connection between these two different spaces Moreover, the design provides clear connections between the buildings and natural environments maximize recreation opportunities within the area and respond to natural conditions whilst using appropriate material and design resources The buildings have a contemporary style and provide a flexible arrangement of environments that allows changes and needs over time The landscape connects the buildings and the natural environment unifying the entire site as a whole, whilst creating clear connections with the rest of the Marjan island as well The 'Green' network and the buildings will create that cohesive relationship, to originate an enjoyable built environment that foster human social and healthy ecosystem.
